Our clinic has a strict 24-hours cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge full price if you don’t provide us with proper advance notice.

Online appointment booking: All appointments scheduling, rescheduling and cancelations can be done by patients online at our booking site.

Online intake form: Complete the intake form online before your session. By doing so you avoid taking time away from your appointment if you choose to do it when you arrive at the clinic.

Please be aware that the first appointment is shortened by 15 min to allow proper intake.

Indicate clearly your focus: Please indicate clearly what you want to focus on and any areas of caution

Wear loose clothing, yoga pants, or bring shorts for your privacy. In addition, wear a mask

Be on time: Your punctuality is appreciated. Be considerate to patients after you. Your session will not be extended beyond your scheduled time.

Remove shoes: Please remove your shoes before entering the treatment room, it helps to keep the germs out.

Please remove your make-up before facial treatment, and arrive with your face already cleaned.
